| Intervarsity Christian fellowship
began in England around the late 1800's and moved across the Atlantic to
Canada by the early 1900's. In the 1930's, Intervarsity reached America.
IVCF/USA is an interdenominational campus ministry, active on many, many
undergraduate and graduate campuses in the US. IVCF is also a member of
International Fellowship of Evangelical Students, a worldwide network of
140 national Christian student movements. IVCF welcomes students from all
Christian traditions, as well as those with no church affiliation. IVCF
began at Rider 4 years ago and our group has been steadily growing ever
since.
These are just 3 of a number of kids who raise money at their church to help support Intervarsity at Rider. We appreciate their prayers and generosity (and their handmade valentine cards for us were a special treat)!
